Patong Green Mountain Hotel Phuket Reviews & Ratings

An excellent new hotel. One of few with decent shower (actual shower rather than the water flooding whole bathroom which seems to be Thai standard).
Superb food - their chef is a maestro - starting from breakfast to dinner.

The hotel could do with lifts, but staff are happy to help with luggage when moving in or out.

Hourly shuttle to the beach is a great help, but being away from the main crowds makes this place nice and quiet, especially when using their pool facilities. Could do with a pickup back to the hotel, but I am sure it is only a matter of time.

I've booked 4 rooms for 3 nights for our group.

I make my reservation and payment on 18 Dec 2007 and re-confirm booking with Patong Green Mountain - Mr Jack on 26 Dec 2007. Finally, they can't fulfill our need.

For the first day, they only have one room available for us. So they've arranged another hotel - Patong Swiss Hotel (in Patong beach) for one night (3 rooms) and provide hotel to hotel transfer service for us, that's ok.

Second day when we check out and return to Patong Green Mountain for check-in, another problem again, this time only have 2 rooms available, the reason is because some of their existing guest would like to extend the rooms without pre-booking but they can't reject them, I feel very angry with this unreasonable requests, very unfair.

Finally, the matter was settled because we made mutual concessions. Of course, they have provided some compensation for us.

Lastly we've been arranged to stay in their new apartment (2 rooms) just near their hotel and promised we can use the hotel facilities at anytime.

Although this hotel is quite good, but it still have confidence to me to try this hotel again?!

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks. The Hotel is on a little hill at Patong beach; nice view to the sea.

Very nice low budget hotel with friendly and helpful staff, nice and very clean rooms.
If someone does not want to stay next to the beach a perfect hotel.
