My best stay in Patong

New hotel with family atmosphere. The rooms are big, very beautifull and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and its in a convenient location. There is no way you can get a better hotel for the price. I highly recommend staying here while in Phuket.

Good Value for the money

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice pool and quiet rooms. The location of Patong Premiere resort is in walking distance to Paradise and to the beach. I will come here again.

It's really a "premier" resort!

Very nice location with very good service. We had a room directly at the pool. The room was unexpectedly beautiful, nice wall coloring, nice wooden floor, very nice bath room, everything there what one could need. Service at the reception was excellent with detailed explanation and organization. Everything is very clean. Breakfast could be better, as everything is pre-cooked and therefore cold. We would choose this hotel again and can recommend it without any restrictions.

Will highly recommend!

Close to amenities but not easy access to cheap foods. The seafood outside of the hotel is not cheap and also not really tasty compared to other locations.
But the breakfast is quite good and the best part of this hotel is its quietness! Would strongly recommend!

Like it so much we went back!

The hotel was fantastic. The service was not a great as we expected but was OK, it seemed to be quite common around Thailand. The rooms were great, as was the pool. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. We like Patong Premier so much that we went back again on our last night in Thailand.

Couldnt wait to leave !!

Hi! I stayed at Premier Resort last week Jan 07 for 3 nights. I was very disappointed. The pool area and restaurant look very nice but when I arrived the check in staff except for 1 guy where very unfriendly, the breakfast staff were probably the most unfriendly Thai people I have met.
My room was OK but not great, a bit dismal the bathroom was horrible dark unfunctional and needs a complete refurbishment. When leaving the manager who was friendly and helpful ask me what I thought of the hotel and was very interested in my comments and said he would take them on board.
This was peek time and I payed 2,800 Baht per night and if it was good i would of stayed on for another 4 nights but I was glad to leave and take my money elsewhere. I checked out and went to stay in a lovely friendly guest house which was very modern for 1,200 Baht a night.
This hotel does not deserve the name of premier as it is no look around and you can get far superior room for a fraction of the price.

Appalling

I had 3,000 pounds stolen from the safe and the only access was with a pass key. When I informed the hotel they denied everything and told me nothing like this had happened before in this hotel, when I reported it to the police they informed me I was the fourth person to have been robbed in this way.

Patong Premier is ok with us!

The pics online make it look better than it actually is. But this quaint little hotel has a cute yard with cold swimming pool - the perfect refresher after sweating it out on the streets or beach. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms adequate and clean. Only a short walk to Patong beach, bars and shopping area. Breakfast in the morning at La Maison next door included and was more than adequate. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Average hotel

When I first arrived the hotel, the environment give me comfort impression. It takes some time for check-in due to full room occupancy. However, the reception staff are kind and polite.
As for the room, garden view room are better than street view room. The water pressure is pretty bad, need to adjust the hot and cold water "manually" to control the water pressure.

Ok ...

I dislike the place as there is a lot of mosquitoes in this resort. We always got bitten when we were having our breakfast or waiting at the lobby. The place is convenient though. It is just walking distance to the beach.
