The hotel was in soft opening so it is unfair to judge it totally. Some facilities were still incomplete. The staff really try hard to please and I feel sure that this will be a good property when it is completed. Teething problems such as lack of hot water were very rapidly addressed. It is a hotel where it seems they care. Worth noting that of 400 rooms there were only 32 people for much of the time. The people of Phuket need the visitors.

This is a really nice hotel with a really nice location right on the beach with very nice rooms. A very nice and big pool and unfortunately with one very big problem. There is NO SOUND ISOLATION!!!!!!!!!! They have connected rooms with no filling between the doors, no isolation between you and your neighbor. You can hear absolutely everything going on next door and this is the only reason I will not go back there. It`s very sad, because the hotel is great otherwise, there can`t be no better location!!!

Stayed here in April 2007 for 6 nights. In my opinion, it is the best place to stay in Patong. Huge beautiful pool with a large infinity pool on the top floor of lobby. Rooms lovely - I stayed in a deluxe poolside room with a balcony and just a step up to the huge pool. No problem getting sun lounges at Gracelands. Grounds are huge and spacious, breakfast lovely with good service.

Gracelands is opposite the best part of Patong beach at the northern end, a short stroll along the beach road to shops, restaurants etc.

Loved it so much, am back there for my honeymoon in October.
