The staff are very friendly and professional. When I insist in having a room with a sea view, they gave me the option of viewing two rooms to choose from, one traditional room from the old building and one contemporary room from the new building. Both have their advantages. I felt spoilt. The room I chose has a huge balcony which is really a luxury.

They even gave me a basket of fruit when I told them my experience of delay with the airport transfer.

The location is excellent. When I read that it is near all the bars and in the hub of city, I didn't know that it is literally next to the street of bars and restaurants.

I would definitely go back myself.

I like the royal wing deluxe room that we stayed as it is so spacious and comfortable with nice swimming pool view. Just like paying 3/4 star price but with 5 star facilities. The location is strategically located in Patong. At Atsiam.com you can definitely will get the lowest rate for this hotel. Will stay in this hotel again next time!!

Just two words to describe the Royal Paradise Hotel - EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL.

Exceptionally well - run operation. Everything works. One needs a microscope to find fault with it (if any). The gym should have a view to the outdoors e.g. the pool area? & maybe a treadmill machine?

Breakfast was very good & so was the reasonably priced Dinner buffets. The Spa & Salon was a touch pricey for the services & the quality. Pool was sheer paradise - wish I had more time to enjoy it! Got the room on high floor we requested, with great views of north Patong & the pool area. TV/ Satellite reception was good. Such a shame to charge 50 Bahts/night to use the in-room safety box (key type). An hourly free shuttle by the hotel Tuk2 to the centre of Thawee Wong beach road from 09.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. is useful if one is too lazy to walk to the beach area.

Only one way, mind you! Lots of hot water for the shower/bath any time. We would like to say a big - BRAVO! to the whole team who made all this possible. Keep up the good work. SAWASDEE!

P/S - For guests with families - I suggest using the centre route with the dolphins fountain if you want to go out from the hotel to avoid the Katoeys bars.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. There was a slight problem with the room but we were moved immediately to a deluxe room which was spectacular. hat friendly lovely people. We had a great time and will stay there again. To us it was like a 5 star hotel. Many thanks for a great stay.

Room is nice and big, service is great. Very easy to find your way in and out of the city center. We needed a baby cot - was a little old, but did the job.

Nice hotel, nice spa, only thing wrong was the location, very seedy part of town. The staff were very helpful, had a great time in Phuket and will be going back again this year.

Had a very pleasant stay in the Royal Wing in May 2006. Very friendly staff & services. Good breakfast & swimming pool. Short walking distance to Bangla Road. Good value for price paid.

The hotel is in the good location. It is easy to walk to the shops and nightlife. You need to walk to the beach, but I preferred to stay by the swimming pool.

Very good hotel, located in the center. Wonderful pool, the bath is old and there wasn't hot water late at night. Good breakfast, all you need can be reached near by.

Great! I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was helpful and nice and the room was really nice. The pool was awesome and the staff at the pool was really helpful and the service was great. The hotel is close to the shops and bars but you can't hear the noise outside.
