Having stayed in many hotels all around the world, I must say that I was absolutely appalled with the treatment I received while staying at this Resort. No doubt we made a mistake with the booking, but we were not informed what was the maximum number of people allowed per room. Nevertheless, that is no excuse for the way we were treated. One staff actually walked off while we were in the middle of a conversation with him; another female staff yelled at my friends that they had to leave the key at the reception; we were purposely treated badly during breakfast where we had to order our food and drinks no less than 5 times and we were ignored by the staff even when we tried to be friendly to them!! Other than that, they were so stingy when we asked for extra towels. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and you can be assured that me and my friends will never visit this hotel again!
