Good Try!
by WONG KA HOI from Hong Kong, 3 Oct 06
As I booked 2 rooms of this hotel, I only have one seaview room and the other one is facing many Air Cons!
However, it is a nice hotel! Nice room, nice staff, nice view, nice bed and really nice breakfast!
For it's price, it's worth to stay but request a seaview room first!

Highly, highly recommended
by Ella Visser from Cape Town, South Africa, 30 Jun 05
I stayed in the Seaview Patong for 10 days in August 2004. Of all the hotels in Patong, the Seaview is the best situated...in a quiet area, but 2 minutes walk from the market, supermarkets and the night life. The beach is superb. As far as the hotel & service is concerned...it is 5 star.
The staff is friendly and the food is superb. I am planning to go back to Phuket, and the Seaview Patong will be my place of preference. I highly recommend this hotel. There was no fault I could find with this establishment, and I have traveled extensively over the past 25 years.

by Paul Matthews from Australia, 27 Jul 06
This is excellent value for money - The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is first class, the position is great, just out of the the hussle and bussle but close enough when you wish to find some action, the facilities provided such as two swimming pools are very good.

I'd definitely stay at the Seaview again.
by Anonymous User from USA, 12 Sep 06
We stayed at the Seaview for 3 days in March of 2006 and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a place to stay that's a little out of the way, but still close enough to shopping, restaurants and nightlife to walk. The staff was wonderful, food excellent, the buffet breakfast bountiful and our room clean and well appointed.

At the southern, quiet end of Patong beach but only a 2 minute walk to the shopping and action. Rooms are very nice, the swimming pools are good and the breakfast was sensational. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Phuket. Good value for money and highly recommended!

The best of three!
by Annonymous User from Sydney, Australia, 18 Aug 07
We visited Phuket for 3 weeks in October 2006 and the Seaview was the third hotel we stayed in and by far the best.
We had seen the prices of the other hotels in Patong Beach and thought we were going to have to resort to a doggy hotel just to stay in the area, but boy were we wrong.
Firstly when we were escorted to our room we were amazed to find that we had a pool-access room which was less than 30m from Patong Beach (the nice uncrowded end).
The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was magnificent (they even had a eucalypt air freshener (which made it feel quite homelike).
As we co-incidentally booked the same hotel as some family friends at the same time, we discovered that they did not have the same quality of room that we did as they were higher up. We assumed this was because our room would have been destroyed by the Tsunami and had to have been rebuilt.
The breakfast was the best out of all that we tried and had the most variety. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling in Phuket - the location is ideal.
