We booked a pick-up at the airport, but nobody showed up. We waited for an hour before finding our own transportation. The hotel then tried to charge us for the scheduled pick-up insisting that someone was there to meet us. We were finally able to convince the manager that the driver was a no show.

The room was dirty, especially the bed pillows. I woke up with my hair smelling like vomit and mildew - literally. I had to soak my hair in the chlorinated pool (to de - stink my hair!) and then spend time drying it which took a lot of time (I have a lot of hair). I had not planned to spend my morning doing this and the hotel was unreasonable about allowing us a late checkout even though they caused the delay. I think they were angry about our claim that the taxi driver didn't show up at the airport the day before. I was completely disgusted by this hotel.

Thankfully we only stayed one night.
