Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa Reviews & Ratings

The service at Woraburi was most disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were not made to feel welcomed. The front line staff could hardly converse in English and were impatient with us! On the early morning that we checked out, they looked just awaken. There was a morning when breakfast was not ready on time. Though we've come to not expect the food at the hotel to be mediocre, the least they could do is provide better service. We did not find at the hotel the warm and friendly disposition of the Thais they were most famous for. At least when we stayed at Deevana at Patong, the service was definitely friendlier, even though the room rates were cheaper.
