Woraburi Phuket Resort and Spa is absolutely fabulous. The room is big and spacious with excellent decor. The Resort is peaceful, quiet and the best place to stay if you want to get away from City life.

I received excellent service from the hotel staff and they were very friendly and helpful. I felt like a Queen during my 3 days' stay there. The only disappointment was that their spa facilities were not ready and i had to go out of the Resort hunting for a good spa place.

We stayed during the off season and it was very good value for money. The view from the dining room was great, the pool is excellent. It is worth the extra money to stay in the Cabana Room even it is for 3 or 4 nights as we did.

The service at Woraburi was most disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were not made to feel welcomed. The front line staff could hardly converse in English and were impatient with us! On the early morning that we checked out, they looked just awaken.

There was a morning when breakfast was not ready on time. Though we've come to not expect the food at the hotel to be mediocre, the least they could do is provide better service. We did not find at the hotel the warm and friendly disposition of the Thais they were most famous for.

At least when we stayed at Deevana at Patong, the service was definitely friendlier, even though the room rates were cheaper.

We were treaded very well and the hotel was in a fantastic location. The service was great other then trying to track down more then your daily allotment of towel in your room. Right across a small street from the beach. Would absolutely stay again.
