Phala Cliff Beach Resort Rayong Reviews & Ratings

I absolutely love to listen to the sound of the Waves splashing against the nearby beach, in the mild breeze. From my balcony I can watch the local fishermen land the days catch on the beach in the sunset.

The kind and gentle people at the hotel lobby, or in the restaurant, are there to assist and make me feel like a welcomed guest.

The SPA offers the best service in a professional way. I shall hurry back as soon as I can.

The general picture of the hotel would benefit from a modest brush up of the woodwork etc.

Lovely place but for some perhaps a bit quiet, for me that is what I find so excellent with this hotel.

This hotel is ready for a revamp. It looks and is tired. We stayed in the upper part but a walk down to the lower section on the beach, showed it to be very run down. Getting onto the beach would require risky some very rickety steps.

Room was large and staff friendly but worst part was the total isolation from anywhere. To get to Rayong cost 2k baht and there was no means of booking a taxi other than through the hotel. Buses unheard of! My kids were SO bored.

The property is good, parking is limited. Service is good and always with a smile. Breakfast spread is good, selection is wide. The property is nice in a very quiet spot of the Phala beach. If privacy is what u want, its what u get here. But the age of the property is showing in certain areas.

Its far away from everything, Rayong / Samet is a good 30mins to 1hr away. There is no public transportation in sight.
