The property is good, parking is limited. Service is good and always with a smile. Breakfast spread is good, selection is wide. The property is nice in a very quiet spot of the Phala beach. If privacy is what u want, its what u get here. But the age of the property is showing in certain areas. Its far away from everything, Rayong / Samet is a good 30mins to 1hr away. There is no public transportation in sight.
