Everything was good for low season prices
Quite a nice place and the staff were good - just needs a bit of tidying up around the edges and could be lovely again.... location is good, 200 m walk to the beach... we went at the end of low season - so it was really good value for money - NO way ...

So far so good place!
The Location is very good for those who like to go to Kata Beach in just 2 minutes by walk as it's located in the Kata town center. And there are many restaurant and convenient shop around the hotel. However, the bed is quite hard and uncomfortable.

Great place for value for money.

I will make a return
Stayed here from 3rd till the 6th of July 2008. Came with 5 friends, 2 rooms. Had a welcoming atmosphere once we reached. Checking in was smooth. We're a bunch of outgoing guys, so we didn't expect much from the start.

Great hotel
Love the hotel - big room, nice and clean, friendly staff. Very convenient location, a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop to town is also nearby. Hotel also provide free internet. Will definitely come back again.
